Shipping Time and Costs
ITALY Products are shipped within 48/72 working hours after order confirmation. Delivery is therefore expected within approximately 3–5 working days. The shipping cost within Italy is €9.76 (VAT included). The delivery time starts from the first working day following the order date. If your order total exceeds €100.00, shipping is FREE within Italy, always using the STANDARD shipping method. Please note that delays may occasionally occur (e.g. due to restocking). In such cases, you will be notified by email. The customer can then decide whether to keep the order active or cancel it.

Below is the list of countries we ship to and the related costs, calculated based on the total weight of the order.
Countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Principality of Monaco, Luxembourg, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. Products are shipped within 2–5 working days after order confirmation.

Liability
Cautela S.A.S. cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, as delivery times may vary. In case of special deadlines (birthdays, events, etc.), please indicate the urgency in the order notes or via email at info@pasticceriacautela.it . Even in such cases, Cautela S.A.S. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via Bartolini (BRT), DHL, GLS or Poste Italiane (SDA). Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS from the courier confirming shipment and providing an estimated delivery date. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again on the next working day. The customer may also arrange a new delivery directly through the courier’s website. Delivery is made at street level (ground floor) to the address provided. Delivery to upper floors is not available. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to Cautela S.A.S. From that point, reshipment will be at the customer’s expense, with costs recalculated based on the type/weight/volume of the product.
IMPORTANT Upon receiving the goods, and before signing the delivery note, please check the integrity of the package. Any damage must be reported to the courier with the following wording: “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION OF INSPECTION” (do not add any other statements). This note must be written on the courier’s copy, NOT on the recipient’s copy. If no reservation is indicated, no refund or replacement will be possible, as the insurance covering the shipment becomes invalid (claims will not be accepted).
