We rediscover nougat in this more classic version, yet no less intense. The gianduia flavour is among the most appreciated and dates back to the original nougat recipe, here reinterpreted.
INGREDIENTS: Almonds, glucose, pistachio, sugar, icing sugar, egg whites, gianduia paste (hazelnuts, sugar, bitter cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavouring, salt).
Coating: 50% white chocolate, 50% dark chocolate, extra-fluid dark chocolate substitute: sugar, vegetable fat, low-fat cocoa powder (19.5%), emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.
